There isn’t much that is worse or more annoying when it comes to the pool than discovering that it has turned green!!!
There are 2,054,992,601,669,491,544,048 algae spores in a 50,000lt pool that has turned green!!!
Not only is this disgusting it is also dangerous. It becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, insects and other nasties and if you can’t see the bottom you don’t know what has fallen in there. I have seen a kangaroo skeleton come out of a pool that the owners had no idea was in there.
We specialise in the recovery of green pools and we haven’t had one yet that we couldn’t fix without removing the water (and we have seen some horrid pools!!)
Generally it will take from 3-7 days to recover a green pool depending on how bad it is, the key is to act fast. The earlier the problem is discovered the cheaper and easier it is to correct
